The guest accepts the House Rules by occupying the accommodation!

Closing the gate and the house
Close the gate and the house when leaving and for the night!

Use of equipment items
Please use the furnishings as intended!
Do not take indoor furnishings and household items (beds, bedding, mattresses, towels, robes, TV, etc.) into the garden. Do not leave cushions and other items belonging to outdoor furniture in the garden or on the terrace during rainy weather and overnight.
Please let us know if any of the utilities break down so that we can fix it as soon as possible.
Do not leave the house permanently or temporarily, close the door and windows! Be sure to turn off the lights, electrical devices - also the air conditioner, and turn off the taps.
We respectfully ask you not to smear the insects on the wall surface!

BBQ grill
Next to the house, we placed a charcoal/gas grill. This can only be operated by persons over 18 years of age. Always put out the fire/close the gas cylinder after use!

Security camera/alarm
A security camera is installed in the garden of our guesthouses (for the purpose of property protection), which monitors the entrance, the gate, the parking lot and the garden.

Hot tub
A dézsafürdő (privát) csak saját felelősségre és teljes felelősségvállalás mellett használható a szóban elmondott és leírt használati utasítás betartása mellett.
A dézsafürdőt fával fűthető fel, melynek ideje kb. 4-6 óra hosszat vesz igénybe a kinti hőmérséklet függvényében. A fűtéshez szükséges fát a dézsa melletti tűzifa tároló részben találjátok.
Vigyázat, csúszásveszély és égésveszély! A dézsa használata előtt és után is a zuhanyzás kötelező!
It is forbidden to eat, drink or engage in other activities that pollute the bathing water in the tub!
Amennyiben nem tartjátok be a higiénikus használatra való előírást, külön vízcsere költsége 50 000 Ft/alkalom.
Children can only use it under parental supervision and under the parents' responsibility.
The water depth in the pool is 100 cm, pay extra attention to smaller children!

Smoking, candles
Smoking (also applies to e-cigarettes and IQOS), as well as the use of incense, candles, and candlesticks is prohibited in the building, on the balcony and on the back wooden terrace. If you smoke, you can do so around the fireplace or ash trays (designated smoking area).
Please do not throw crushed cigarette butts and used matches in the garden.

Electricity
Please note that you are resting on a private property. The electricity service is limited, so (for reasons of sustainability and environmental protection) we ask you to use electrical equipment and machines with this in mind! Do not operate high-performance appliances, such as a jacuzzi and sauna, at the same time.

Meal
The guest house has a well-equipped kitchen, please use this room or the terrace with barbecue benches for meals, do not eat in the room! Do not put objects containing metal in the microwave oven!

Balconies, railings, windows, stairs
It is forbidden to sit, stand, climb, climb, etc. on the railings and windows in the house area! The stairs are extremely dangerous, so you must drive on them properly!

Responsibility
theCottAGE.hu (accommodation provider) is not responsible for possible material damages or accidents resulting from improper use, violation of the House Rules, or for events that occurred through no fault of its own or for damages resulting from events (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, injuries caused in the parking lot etc.).
If you cause damage to the rented accommodation, you are fully financially responsible for the damage caused.
You are obliged to pay the established damage value to the accommodation provider upon departure. If the amount of the damage is such that you cannot pay it upon departure, you are obliged to pay it by bank transfer to the accommodation provider's account within three bank working days. The host assumes no responsibility for your belongings. Our guests' right to complain ceases upon departure from the accommodation.

Heating, hot water
The house can be heated and has unlimited hot water. With regard to the environment, please use it responsibly! In addition to the cooling and heating air conditioning, a wood-burning stove/fireplace is available as an alternative heating in winter. Never leave the fire unattended while the stove door is open! In addition to available firewood/briquettes and paper, other materials, e.g. burning plastic in the stove is prohibited!

Pet
theCottAGE.hu currently does not accept pets.

Jacuzzi
A használati útmutatót megtaláljátok a házban az információs prospektusban, de szívesen megmutatjuk a kezelését. Vigyázat, csúszásveszély! A jakuzzi csak saját felelősségre és teljes felelősségvállalás mellett használható a szóban elmondott és leírt használati utasítás betartása mellett.
A jakuzzi használata előtt és után is a zuhanyzás kötelező!

Bicycle
Everyone can use it at their own risk, their parents or the adults staying there are responsible for the safety of minors. Please do not bring it into the house!

Garden
We take care of the garden. Please take care of the integrity of the plants and garden furniture!

Key
The handover of the keys to the guest(s) is considered to be the occupation of the accommodation.
The guest accepts the conditions by receiving the key and viewing the accommodation.
In case of possible loss of the provided keys and remote controls, you are obliged to report it immediately and to reimburse the price and the replacement of the lock to the host.

Air conditioner
Please only use the air conditioning when justified! Close the windows and doors when operating the equipment!

Parking
Please do not drive up to the house with your car! Please park in the semi-roofed parking lot! No major assembly or maintenance can be carried out on the vehicle in the parking area. Minor repairs and maintenance are permitted as long as the cleanliness of the area is not endangered.
We do not assume responsibility for valuables placed in cars, for damage to cars parked in the yard, or for accidents that may occur!

Order
You will receive the house clean, so please take care of order and cleanliness. Please do not rearrange the furnishings in the house! If you require a different accommodation, ask for our help. It is possible to request daily cleaning, and in case of a stay of more than a week, a change of towels/bed linen.

Sauna
Two people can use the sauna at the same time, for a maximum of 90 minutes. After the safety time, you can restart as many times as you like. The warm-up time is 40-60 minutes, depending on the weather. Please do not use the outdoor sauna in rainy weather. The sauna can only be used at one's own risk and under full responsibility, in compliance with the verbal and written instructions for use. Children may only use it under parental supervision.

Accommodation
You can book the accommodation from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and you must leave the house by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Guests registered in the VENDÉGEM application can stay and use the house. Upon arrival, we will check your data based on your documents and record it by scanning it in the VENDÉGEM application. Our guests can only book the rooms after paying the full participation fee!

Garbage disposal
We collect waste selectively! Please place plastic, aluminum and paper in the yellow bin set out for this purpose, you can collect household waste in the bins in the kitchen and bathroom. Put the bottle next to the trash!
Throw the ashes in the bucket and the cigarette butts in a garbage bag in the trash.

Television
We do not support the use of electronic gadgets. Instead of watching the screen, sitting on the terrace of the house and staring at nature is a much nicer sight, but if necessary, you can use the TV, the remote control can be found in the room.

Fire pit, kettle cooking
Fires can be set in the designated fire place by observing the safety rules.
(Placing fire extinguishers near the fire, removing flammable materials from the fire.)
Before you leave the fire place, please make sure that you have really put out the fire.

Wifi
There are opportunities to use unlimited FreeWifi in the common areas of the house.
You can find the password for entry on the wall next to the front door and in the guest book.
